Motors type selection logic

The logic of the motor selecting is following:

M3BP IE4:

• up to 112 (including FS 112) -> 1LE1604
• 132 to 355 (including FS 355) -> 1LE5504
• above 355 -> 1LE5534

In case if motor has an option 405 = Special winding insulation for frequency converter supply the Pro insulation should be implemented for the motors. I this case following selection rules are applied:

M3BP IE4 with option 405:

• 132 to 450 -> 1LE5584

Process Performance motors parameters adjustment

If initial motor is M3BP series following options are automatically added for motors series 1LE55__:

• C06 = Performance Line Process industry
• Q11 = 1 or 3 PTC thermistors for tripping (2 terminals)

It increases technical equality of the motors, however, some minor points as well as non-technical points (e.g. extra warranty) are omitted. Add it manually if required.
